MONTÉ RAMA 9 BY CAPITAL G: STAY CONNECTED TO ENTIRE BANGKOK

Location, location, location has been a byword for all potential customers who wish to invest in real estate overseas. Thailand in general and Bangkok, in particular, is one of the most attractive and secure places in Asia to capitalize the investment towards profit as freeholder.

Near and Faster

The project itself connects to several main roads, leading to the center of Rama 9 (1.5 km), to the exquisite Thong Lor (5 km) part of the frenzy Sukhumvit, or with direct access to two expressways within 1.5 km, such as Sirat and Chalongrat. One may not be familiar with all of these names, but for sure they will pay off in 3-5 years-term of any unit’s valuation.

For the convenience of people’s travel, there will be easy access to MRT Orange Line, Ramkhamhaeng 12 Station, which is still under construction and will be completed in 2023. The project is also 2.4 km away of the Airport Rail Link, connecting to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Monté Rama 9 consists of a low rise condo inspired in a modern luxury resort, with 8 floors, 3 buildings, and 536 units in total. Available offers are between studio suite and 2 bedrooms, 22 sq. m – 44 sq. m.

It’s planned to have a relaxing swimming pool and greenery garden, gym, and multi-purpose room, duplex lobby lounge and co-working space. Owners and tenants will enjoy the private lobby lounge, the mini theater, the adventure station, and sky garden. Or the putting golf, the camping zone, and BBQ bar.

Construction is expected to be completed in June 2021, starting the title transfer in September of the same year.
