Register your client
Submit the buyer before the viewing and the lead is logged to you, timestamped, in the portal. From there we can run the viewing with you, or for you if your buyer is remote.
Get paid at 30%
Once your client’s 30% down payment clears, your commission is invoiced and released — whether you are an agency or a freelance agent. We continue to the Land Office transfer on sole-agency projects.

Do I need a Thai agency licence?
No. We pay freelance agents on the same terms as agencies. You will need to invoice us, and we confirm the detail of that when you register.
When exactly am I paid?
When your client’s 30% down payment has been received by the developer — not at transfer and not on completion.
What commission do partners earn?
Rates vary by project, and are confirmed to you in writing before you introduce a buyer. Every partner is on the same terms — there are no tiers and no volume thresholds.
How is my client protected?
Register the buyer in the portal before the first viewing. The registration is timestamped and visible to you at any time, and we do not market to your registered clients independently.
Can I bring buyers from outside Thailand?
Yes — a large share of our partner business is international agencies introducing buyers into Thailand. Material is available in English, Thai and Chinese, and we can handle the whole process locally for a remote buyer.
Is there a cost to join, or a minimum volume?
Neither. Registration is free, there is no minimum to stay registered, and every partner gets the same commission terms, the same stock and the same portal access from day one.
