Hua Hin in southern Thailand has been a legendary vacation town for many Thai people from Bangkok. It is located within a 3-hours driving distance from Bangkok. Many travel to Hua Hin as a day trip and stay overnight. There is a wide range of resorts and accommodations in Hua Hin.

Hua Hin is well-known for its beautiful and long beach and clear water. The serene atmosphere makes the town perfect for vacation. There are enough attractions for livelihood such as golf courses, the night market, and street foods which draw the attention of visitors from all over the world.

There are limited supplies of beachside condominiums and limited supply of land for development. Thus, the newly launched beachfront condominiums in Hua Hin are expected to pose a higher price. 

Many investors invest in Hua Hin property as vacation condominiums and for rental because of the increasing number of visitors, which present a rental yield at 6-7%.

Condominiums in Khao Takiab areas have the best selling rate at 96%. Followed by condominiums in inner land at 93%, and condominiums in Khao Tao areas at 91%.

The average selling price of sea-view condominiums is 143,000 Baht per sq.m. Whereas the condominiums with no sea-view have average selling price at 69,800 Baht per sq.m. Many infrastructures are currently developed in Hua Hin such as the Bangkok-Hua Hin high-speed rail, Nakhon Pathom – Cha am motorway, and Hua Hin airport expansion project which truly reflect the high potential of Hua Hin.
